Bread!

My biggest loss going gluten free has been bread, sure you can buy gluten free bread at the store but have you ever looked at what's in it? It's not good. There is so many binders and extra shit. I'm still working on finding a perfect recipe but this one was a good start. Be warned it is very dense

cacao nib, banana, peanut butter, almond milk smoothie

Ingredients:
half a frozen banana 
cacao nibs 
almond milk
peanut butter
ice 

blend all together except cacao nibs. add at end and blend for another 30 seconds

Sunday cake loaf

This breadish cake loaf is a super easy and delicious cake to bake. The real flavour comes from the browned butter and any flavours can be added to make it your own. For this one I do chocolate chips, vanilla and cinnamon.

I scream, we all scream for ice cream (vegan of course)

In my freezer I usually keep a couple frozen bananas handy so I can make banana 'ice cream' when I feel like it. This one was for breakfast so I added some chia seeds for protein and strawberries for taste.

How do you like your milk??

When I became dairy free I started drinking the store bough alternatives, but eventually they didn't make me feel good and I decided I was gonna make my own nut milks. This post is about making regular almond milk in to different flavors.
