two grain rocket salad

This salad came about because I was bored of typical quinoa salads. I decided to mix another grain in there plus some nuts and the results was delish

Snapper with oodles of noodles

I'm recently very into my cilantro yam sauce and decided it would taste amaze with some pan fried sanpper... I wasn't wrong, spesh combined with black bean spaghetti

Japanese yam pasta sauce

I wanted to make a creamy pasta sauce and obvi couldn't use dairy. I remembered that sweet potatoes can be blended to a creamy consistency. At the grocery store all there was was japanese yams.. so that is what I used, and it was beyond yummy

fav pasta dish

I love spinach pasta and spinach, so mix both together and I'm in heaven. This is a super simple toss up of ingredients for a tasty lunch dish

Super Smoothies

As you can probably tell I really love smoothies, especially now that I make my own almond milk. I find it makes them taste so much fresher and I know exactly what I'm drinking. This smoothie is a great way to get your greens and super foods while still enjoying the taste

Raspberry maca bites

When ever I'm looking at raw vegan recipes they always seem to have cashews, and I find these way too heavy and not great for the stomach I wanted to come up with something that could still be creamy and frozen but without cashews as a base.
