Bread!

My biggest loss going gluten free has been bread, sure you can buy gluten free bread at the store but have you ever looked at what's in it? It's not good. There is so many binders and extra shit. I'm still working on finding a perfect recipe but this one was a good start. Be warned it is very dense

recipe follows
Ingredients:
4 tbsp psyllium husk mixed with 1 cup water
1 cup millet flour
1 cup sweet sorghum flour
2 tbsp coco flour
3 tbsp coco oil
1/2 tsp baking soda
sprinkle sea salt
1 tbsp coco nectar
1 cup water

for the top I used poppy seeds and sesame seeds

pre heat oven to 350
at the bottom of your bread tin place a rectangle of baking paper - this makes it super easy to get out
make the psyllium gel by mixing together the husk and water, let it sit for 10 min

In a food processor add together all the other ingredients, when ready add the pysllium gel and keep pulsing until a dough ball is formed

press the dough into your pan, removing any air bubbles
place the seeds on top and place in oven for 45 minutes
after the 45 min remove and slice gashes in the top of the bread to release steam
place back in the oven for 90 minutes
remove and let sit for 20 minutes before cutting
enjoy your vegan gluten free bread!
