Tuna Tatare


This Tuna tatare is a fav. The pecans and carrot make it a little different 

recipe follow


Ingredients:
1 tuna steak
1 cup of pecans – chopped
1/3 cup of chopped green onions
1 avocado
olive oil
sea salt
1 lime
1 carrot


1.     rinse and pat dry the tuna steak.
2.     Cut into small square pieces, add to bowl
   Chop up the pecans and green onions and add to the same bowl
4.     Sprinkle in sea salt and 1 tablespoon of olive oil
5.     Mash up the one avocado and add to the mix, squeeze in the lime and mix to combine all ingredients
6.     Serve by forming a little circle with the mix

7.     Shred carrot on top
