Sunday Salad

When ever I'm making salads I usually through things together and if it works I'll stick with it. One of my favorites is a mix of black quiona and ground turkey.

Ingredients:

Ground turkey
olive oil
rosemary
avocado
green onions
black quiona  
alphafa sprouts
tahini

Cook the ground turkey with rosemary and olive oil. Cook until a little crispy
For the quiona place 1/4 cup of quiona is a strainer and rise. Then place it in a pan. Add some olive oil and cook for half a minute. Add 1/2 cup of water. Bring to boil, reduce to simmer for 15 minutes or until all water has been absorbed. 

Toss all ingredients together, plate and pour some tahini on top. eaaaat
