recipe follows
bottom Ingredients:
3 pints of blue berries
1 stick of vanilla
2 tsp lemon juice
1 tbsp maple syrup
for the top:
2 1/2 cups gluten free rolled oats
5 tbsp almond meal
pinch of salt
5 tbsp maple syrup
5 tbsp coconut oil - room temp
1. pre heat oven to 350
2. rinse your berries and then mix them in a baking dish with the other bottom ingredients
3. in another bowl mix all the top ingredients with your hands, mixing the coco oil and syrup last
place on top of the blue berries
4. Place in the oven for 35 minutes or until the oats are golden
