Ingredients:
2 cup almond meal
2 bananas
2 eggs
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 cup maple syrup
1/4 olive oil
1/4 cacao powder
1/2 cup coco chips
preheat oven to 350
1. Wisk together the eggs, maple syrup, olive oil and mashed banana (you can use an electric mixer for this but I didn't have one handy) - place aside
2. In another bowl mix together all the powders
3. Pour in the wet mixture into dry
4. Add the coco chips
5. pour into a greased pan - a used a 9 inch wide pie dish (note it was deeper than a normal pie dish)
6. Place in oven for about 35-40 min. Make sure you check it because almond meal has the potential to become very dense if over baked
let cool for 25 min, then place any icing you want. I used a raw hazelnut cacao spread I had from whole foods
