Lemon blueberry cake with vegan frosting

So I was told this was the best thing I have baked so far... it most def was super moist, sweet and the frosting was amazing

coconut lemon bars

This was an amazing combination of two of my favorite ingredients... lemon and coconut. The bottom is made from shredded coconut that turns into a sort of crust. The recipe overall is super simple

Oat, Almond meal, blueberry and coconut cake

This cake was experimentation because I had some left over flours. I was really craving blueberry muffins but decided to do a cake, the result was so delicious. You can make it with any berries, coco chips or what ever you feeelinn

Pesto squash spaghetti

Spaghetti squash is one my favorite alternatives when I want a grain free dinner. It takes a little longer to cook but it's definitely worth it. Toss it up with any of your usual pasta sauces
