Ingredients:
1 loaf of your fav gluten free bread
1 red apple
2 dried chorizo sausages
1 yellow onion
2 cups of parmesan cheese
6 eggs
2 cups home made almond milk
thyme
sage
salt
olive oil
preheat oven to 345
Sautee the chorizo in one tablespoon of olive oil until slightly crispy -place aside
add butter to a pan and sautee the onions, sage and thyme until onions are softened
core, skin and chop up the apple, add apple, onions mixture and chorizo together
To make the gluten free bread ready for stuffing, lightly toast each piece and then cut into 1 inch cubes, add to mixture
pour in cheese
whisk eggs and almond milk together
combine everything and pour into a 9 x 12 baking dish
place in the oven for an hour, you may need to cover it with tin foil 30 min in if the bread is getting too browned
