snack time - parsnip fries

These are my fav when I don't know what I feel like eating, they're crispy, healthy and satisfying
 recipe follows 
Ingredients:
3 whole parsnips 
olive oil
salt
paprika 

pre heat oven to 375 
cut parsnips into wedges 
mix in a bowl with all ingredients 
lay flat in a pan and place in oven for about 30 minutes 
voila
