recipe follows
Ingredients:
1/2 cup wild rice
half a squash
one tub of mixed spinach rocket
an apple
pancetta
1 1/2 cups of Brussels sprouts
for the seasoning of the squash:
Honey, cinnamon, olive oil and butter
balsamic dressing for the salad
1. Rise the wild rice and bring to boil with 1 1/4 cups of water. Reduce to simmer and let sit for 35-45 min
2. pre heat oven to 400
3. mix all the ingredients for the seasoning of the squash with the squash. Place in a pan in oven
4. Cute brussels sprouts in half
4. 10-15 min later sautée brussels sprouts in olive oil and garlic. place in oven
Squash should take 35 min while the sprouts will take around 20. It depends how crispy you want them
5. Fry pancetta on a pan
6. mix all ingredients together (cut the half an apple here) and pour on balsamic dressing
et voila
