recipe follows
Ingredients:
4 red beetroots
4 yellow beetroots
2 avocados
3 tuna steaks
one grapefruit
1 cup of pecans
tamari
olive oil
balsamic
sea salt
preheat oven to 400
place the three steaks in a bowl with tamari, olive oil and sea salt. let sit
cut up your beetroots into any shape you want - the smaller the better. Place on a baking pan with balsamic and olive oil
place in oven for around 30 min
While they are cooking you can can sear your tuna
The amount you want to cook your tuna is up to you, but I usually do it for 5 min on each side
Place the tuna on a plate, and place your cut grapefruit slivers on top. use what ever is left of the grapefruit to squeeze over.
Dice up your two avocados, combine the avocados, beets and pecans together
