Morning smoothie bowl

This is a simple recipe and you get to eat it like ice cream.... whats not to like
recipe follows 
Ingredients
frozen raspberries, pine apple chunks and blueberries 
handful spinach
2 tea spoons chia seeds
splash almond milk 
1/4 avocado 

blend all ingredients together until a creamy thick constancy is formed 

on top I put gluten free rolled oats, bee pollen and some GF granola
voila!
