Ingredients:
1 cup almond meal flour
1 cup oat flour
1/4 cup coco flakes
1 tsp baking powder
2 tsp cinnamon
tiny pinch of sea salt
2 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 cup coco milk
3 ripe bananas
1 medium banana sliced for the top
2 table spoons maple syrup
coco flakes for the top
preheat oven to 375
mix the flours, coco flakes, baking powder, cinn and sea salt
in another bowl mash the bananas and add the coco milk, maple syrup and vanilla extract
mix wet into dry
pour into a greased bread pan
slice the fourth banana and place slices ontop, sprinkle coco flakes
place in oven for around 30 min, I wanted it to be super moist so I did it a little less
