Gluten free vegan pizza crust

I've wanted to make my own pizza crust for ages but it always seems to difficult. I figured out a combo of recipes and this one is perfect.. it actually smells like real people pizza..


Ingredients:

1 yeast packet
1 cup brown rice, 1 cup tapioca, 1 cup white rice
1 tbs physlum husk powder
3 tbs coco palm suger
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 ¼ cup warm water
½ tsp baking powder 

 * note - by these small yeast packets instead of the whole bag, it makes it much easier as only one packet is required for the recipe 
preheat oven to 350*
1. combine yeast and sugar and let sit for 5 min
2. pour yeast mixture into flours, baking powder and physlum husk mixture 
3. Add in the water and olive oil and mix with your hands until you can form a ball 
4. oil your pizza bases 

5. break the ball into three smaller ones and spread out one ball per base. Start by pushing it out from the middle and then making sure it's all one thickness 
6. Place in oven for 20 min. Then place your toppings and put back for another 15 min

Topping ideas:
Pumpkin puree
brussel sprouts
leeks 
prosciutto
rocket
baked butternut squash 

Marinara base
capsicum 
rocket
prosciutto
onions
mushrooms
