Oat, Almond meal, blueberry and coconut cake

This cake was experimentation because I had some left over flours. I was really craving blueberry muffins but decided to do a cake, the result was so delicious. You can make it with any berries, coco chips or what ever you feeelinn




Ingredients:
1 cup oat flour
1 cup Almond meal
1 ½ tea spoon baking soda
2 eggs
¼ cup almond milk
1 pint of blueberries
4 tbs melted butter
½ cup coco flakes
half a lemon
¼ cup maple syrup

Preheat oven to 350 c
1.     wisk the eggs, butter, milk and maple syrup together
2.     add in the flours and baking sods
3.     mix until combined
4.     squeeze in the half a lemon and mix in the coco flakes
5.     carefully mix in the blueberries

6.     pour into a greased 9 inch cake tin, place in oven for 20-25 min
