mixed berry muffins

I wanted to make some muffins with all the berries I had in the fridge plus a banana that had seen better days. Solution = muffins



Ingredients:
1/2 cup buckwheat flour
1/2 cup brown rice flour
1/2 cup almond meal
1/3 apple sauce
2 teaspoons apple cider vinegar
1 tablespoon baking soda
1 egg
rasberries
1 very ripe banana
blueberries
occasional strawberry
1/2 cup of my strawberry mint almond milk (best part)
dash of cinnamon
dash of salt

preheat oven to 350
combine all the flours together. Add egg, milk, apple sauce, banana and blue berries, I like the blueberries to be a little blended so the flavor seeps. Add baking soda and vinegar. Mix until all is combined.
Butter a six muffin tin, pour in batter. Now you can place the raspberries or strawberries on top. Push them in a little.

Place in oven for 20-30 min or until a inserted toothpick comes out clean
