Ingredients:
1 cup oat flour - you can easily make this by blending quick oats
1 tablespoon chia seeds
1/4 apple sauce
2/3 almond milk
2 tsp baking powder
pinch sea salt
spoonful of vanilla extract
toppings:
strawberries
kiwi
maple syrup
coconut yogurt
combine all ingredients in a blender until chia seeds are pulverized
let the batter sit for 15 min
heat a pan with a little butter
Add a about 2 tablespoons of water to the batter and mix before starting to cook
spoon the batter onto a pan and create those pancakesss
