The easiest pancakes

I have tried many many GF pancake recipes and this is by far the easiest and tastiest

recipe follows 


Ingredients:
1/2 cup oat flour 
1/2 cup almond milk
one large scoop of almond butter
1 egg
1 tsp baking powder

Mix all ingredients together so that there is no lumps or bumps in the mixture
scoop onto non stick pan and cook just like normal pancakes 
top w home made raspberry chia compote (recipe up) and cinnamon 
miam miam
