Snapper with oodles of noodles

I'm recently very into my cilantro yam sauce and decided it would taste amaze with some pan fried sanpper... I wasn't wrong, spesh combined with black bean spaghetti

recipe follows
For the cilantro yam sauce:

Bring a pot of water to boil. 
add in cubed and skinned japanese yam 
drain water when yams start to fall apart
combine the yams with cilantro, chicken broth, olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic 
blend until it becomes a sort of cream 
put aside 

preheat oven to 370
place broccolini and brusselsprouts in a bake dish with olive oil and rice vinegar 

When the veggies look close to be done start cooking the snapper
before cooking marinate with olive oil, lemon juice, salt and garlic 
place skin down in the pan on high heat
press down with a spatula so the skin doesn't curl 
cook skin down for about 3 minutes
flip and reduce heat
cook until cooked all the way through 

combine noodles with the sauce 
plate - noodles then fish then veggies et voila! enjoy
