recipe follows
ingredients
1 cup almond meal
1/2 cup arrow root flour (found at whole foods)
half a bar of organic 80% dark chocolate broken up into chunks
3 table spoons of organic peanut butter (get the one that legit just has peanuts and no other crap)
1/2 tea spoon vanilla extract
big pinch of sea salt
50 g of melted butter
splash of maple syrup - if you don't want it to be so bitter do more
3 table spoons of cacao
1 egg at room temp
pre heat oven to 350
add all the other ingredients and then with your hands slowly mix in the peanut butter, don't completely mix it in so that it comes through when you bake it
form small little balls on the baking pan and place in the oven for 15 minutes
