Vegan superfood donuts

delish, simple, vegan, and glutenfree... need I say more?
recipe follows 


Ingredients:
1/2 oat flour 
1/4 almond flour
(I made both of those flours by simply blending raw almond and oats in my vita mix)
1 1/2 tsp baking powder 
pinch of salt 
3 table spoons poppy seeds
4 table spoons chia seeds
1/2 tsp cinnamon 
1/4 cup old fashioned oats 
1/3 cup maple syrup... I'm thinking honey next time 
1/3 cup home made almond milk
1 tsp vanilla 

pre heat oven to 300 
mix together the flours, baking soda and cinnamon 
then add everything else
mix until all is combined 
grease your donut moulds or bundt cake moulds with grape seed oil and dust with any GF flour 
bake for 25 minutes 
let cool before you try and fidget those guys out.. trust me we had some losses 
voila! 
eat for breaky, tea time or any time really
