I scream, we all scream for ice cream (vegan of course)

In my freezer I usually keep a couple frozen bananas handy so I can make banana 'ice cream' when I feel like it. This one was for breakfast so I added some chia seeds for protein and strawberries for taste.

How do you like your milk??

When I became dairy free I started drinking the store bough alternatives, but eventually they didn't make me feel good and I decided I was gonna make my own nut milks. This post is about making regular almond milk in to different flavors.

mixed berry muffins

I wanted to make some muffins with all the berries I had in the fridge plus a banana that had seen better days. Solution = muffins

When I want an easy light lunch I love to make veggie nori rolls. You can always add some protein to make it more filling.

breakfast in bed - strawberry infused choco oats

This morning I wanted chocolate, and then I remembered I had my strawberry mint almond milk. So I cooked my oats in at then placed heaps of chocolate on top - unreal

Home made, no sugar added strawberry and apple jam

When ever I have fruits and berries in my fridge that I don't know what to do with, I make jam (just like an old lady) but hey it tastes amazing and theres no sugar added

breakfast for champions

basically this breakfast/lunch was so good because of the amounts of maple syrup. I needed something with a lot of protein but I also wanted it to be sweet and I was inspired by one of my friends breakfasts yesterday. Solution was to make buckwheat pancakes, avo smeared on top, then a fried egg all doused in maple syrup with some raspberries on the side.

OATMEAL - fruit overload




Oatmeal is the new internet obsession. Every one's got there new fav oatmeal combo, I've got a few and this one is one of my staples.

FRUIT OVERLOAD
combine as much oats as you want with your choice of milk or just water covering the oats
place in microwave for 1:45 - 2 minutes
Slice up some apples and kiwi and place on top with pomegranate seeds
sprinkle some chia seeds, hemp seeds, cinnamon or what ever your feelin
EAT

Vegan apple, raspberry, maca crumble



 I'm obsessed with finding new ways to use nuts and fruit together. This crumble is beyond easy and ridiculously delicious.
