Home made, no sugar added strawberry and apple jam

When ever I have fruits and berries in my fridge that I don't know what to do with, I make jam (just like an old lady) but hey it tastes amazing and theres no sugar added

Ingredients:
(you can use any berries, and fruits like apple, apricots, nectarines, peaches and plums)
strawberries
apples
water

place the cut fruit in a sauce pan and pour in enough water just so the fruit is covered 
bring to boil, remove lid and leave on simmer until water is evaporated. You can either leave the jam like this or blend to make it more jammmyyyy
