Grab all the veggies you want, I put in:
cucumbers
carrots
alpha sprouts
coriander
green onions
cut all these veggies into long thin strips
then grab your nori roll and place it on a damp cutting board
line up a thick line of alpha sprouts and then the other veggies
wrap the roll up, make the folds wet so it all sticks together et voila. Pour some tamari or aminos on top and eaattt
