Sunday brunch bowls

I'm a huge fan of veggie hash for breakfast. It's a great way to use up old veggies and really easy to make.
recipe follows 
Ingredients:
1 zucchini
3 carrots
bunch of potatoes 
chicken
brussel sprouts
butter nut squash
1/4 of an onion 
salt 
pepper
olive oil
sriracha sauce 
2 eggs 

Chop up the potatoes and butter nut squash and add them to the pan first 
cook until slightly browned 
mean while chop up all the other veggies 
add them to the pan
continue adding olive oil and salt 
add the shredded chicken
continue cooking until everything is golden 
cook your egg any way you want and place on top
season with sriracha sauce
