Grain less flour less blueberry banana loaf

This was a really interesting recipe to make because it required no flours and therefor no grains. I think its always great to give the body a little break from something we eat a lot of. It also has a lot of protein due to the eggs and almond butter which makes it great for breakfast
recipe follows
Ingredients 
2 large ripe bananas 
2 eggs
1 cup desiccated coconut
1 cup blueberries
1 tsp baking powder
3 tbsp maple syrup 
sprinkle of sea salt 
1/3 cup almond butter (the best part!)

preheat oven to 350
Mash up the bananas, mix in the eggs and then mix in all the other ingredients 
pour into a bread pan and bake for around 3o min, keep an eye on it
