Crunchy chickpea stirfry

I haven't had chickpeas for ages and what better way to eat them then to bake em and have them super crunchy
recipe follows 

Ingredients 
Wild rice
chickpeas
snow peas
carrots 
sesame seeds
paprika
turmeric
coconut oil
salt 
pepper 


Start by making your wild rice. Measure desired amount and rinse
bring to boil with water and reduce to simmer for around 40 minutes 

preheat oven to 350 
drain and rinse your chickpeas 
season with paprika, salt, pepper, coconut oil and turmeric 
spread on a baking tray and bake for approx 20 ish minutes 

now mix together peas, carrots, sesame seeds, wild rice and coconut oil together 
to serve simple pour the chick peas over the stirfry
