Cacao raspberry muffins

These muffins killed it for desert. They are so moist, tasty and the raspberries melt in your mouth

recipe follows 


Ingredients 
1/2 cup buckwheat flour
1/2 cup rice flour
1/2 cup almond meal
1 banana mushed 
1/2 cup coco yogurt
1/2 cup coco milk
2 tbsp maple syrup
1 tsp baking soda
2 tsp apple cider vinegar 
1 egg
1 pack dark chocolate chips
3/4 cup of frozen or fresh raspberries 

Preheat oven to 350

Mix together flours then add everything but apple cider vinegar, baking soda and raspberries
once combined add the baking soda and apple cider vinegar 
when the mixture stops fizzing mix in
gently mix in raspberries 
place in oven for around 30 minutes 
Try not to eat them all in the first 10 minutes...
