Chicken Pie

This chicken pie is a great way to use any veggies or poultry you have that is about to go bad, and the crust is super easy to make

Ingredients for crust:
1/2 cup oat flour
1/3 cup coconut flour 
salt 
2 tbsp corn starch 
4 tbsp ice water 
4 tbsp coconut oil 

form all ingredients together until a ball is formed
place in clingwrap and in the fridge for 30 minutes 

pre heat oven to 180 and place crust in for 10 minutes

Ingredients for pie filling
3 eggs mixed with rice milk 
pre cooked pulled chicken
brussel sprouts
spinach 
salt 

place all ingredients in the pie dish and pour the egg mixture over
place in oven with tinfoil covering for 25 minutes 
remove tin foil and bake for another 5-10 minutes, until eggs are solid
